Recruitment offers a variety of events and activities, in a number of different settings, for you to come and get to know us, not only as individuals, but as a chapter. During this time, you will see the many&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/saekettering.com\/?page_id=160\">benefits of being an \u03a3AE<\/a> and the values and ideals we hold true. At the end of Rush, bids will be extended to those who we feel will fit into our tightly bonded brotherhood and deem capable of carrying on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/saekettering.com\/?page_id=2\">\u03a3AE&#8217;s rich history<\/a>. A bid is an invite to join our fraternity, and is good for one whole year at our chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Definitely check out our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/saekettering.com\/?p=212\">$500 Warren Poslusny Tuition Grant<\/a>, awarded every fall.
